Además de ser dos de los cantantes latinos más famosos, Thalía y Ricky Martin comparten otra cosa bastante importante por estos días: compositor. Ambos cantantes están utilizando los servicios de Leonel García, ex miembro de Sin Bandera, para armar sus nuevas producciones discográficas.

"Ricky es una persona que ha sabido llevar su carrera de una manera increíble, y lo veo muy tranquilo en este momento, y sé que tiene una hermosa posibilidad de hacer un disco sin presiones, por gusto, por amor al escenario y a la música”, comentó García sobre el boricua. Sucesor de Life (2005), este será el primer disco del cantante en cuatro años y además el primero estrenando su rol de padre, luego del nacimiento de sus mellizos, Matteo y Valentino, en agosto del año pasado.

Por su parte, Thalía ya está manos a la obra con el sucesor de Lunada (2008), un álbum con el cual inaugurará una nueva relación contractual, luego de haberse desvinculado de EMI. "Estuve con Thalía que tiene una idea muy interesante de hacer un proyecto tal vez como nunca antes lo ha hecho, o como hace muchos años no hace. Es un proyecto muy bonito de buscar cierto tipo de temas para su gente, y ella está muy emocionada”, señaló Leonel sobre el proyecto de la mexicana
